At Honeysuckle Porch, every order is packed with care and sent straight from our hands to your home. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship.

🚚 Carriers We Use

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on your location, item size, and delivery speed. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on the way.

Shipping Regions

• Continental U.S. – Free shipping on all orders over $50.  For orders less than $50, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

• Alaska & Hawaii – Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout

• International Orders – Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout

We currently do not offer free shipping outside the continental United States.

📅 Processing Times

• Most custom engraved orders ship within 5–7 business days.

• High-volume times (especially holidays) may result in slight delays. We'll keep you informed if that happens.

• Honeysuckle Porch is not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

• If your order is returned due to an undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
